Principal’s Message

                                                                                                                               Wessal Kenaio

Dear Parents, Guardians, and Esteem Academy Community,

It is with deep pride and heartfelt enthusiasm that I introduce myself as the Principal of Esteem Academy. I am honored to join a school that stands as a beacon of hope and strength for students navigating complex needs. Esteem Academy is more than a school- it is a sanctuary of understanding, healing, and growth.

At Esteem Academy, we recognize that our students require more than traditional instruction—they need trust, consistency, and a learning environment built around empathy, emotional safety, and empowerment. Every child's story matters here. We are committed to helping students build resilience, nurture their self-worth, and achieve meaningful academic and personal success.

We believe in the power of relationships. That’s why our team is dedicated to cultivating collaborative partnerships with our families, professionals, support staff, and community stakeholders. By working together, we can ensure that each child receives the encouragement, care, and support they need to thrive- not just in school, but in life.

I look forward to walking this journey with you and helping build a community where compassion leads, and every student feels seen, heard, and celebrated.

Warmly,

Wessal Kenaio

Principal, Esteem Academy
